Dom Alfons Tracki, a German clergyman, was born in Bliszczyce, Poland. He was ordained a priest in Shkodra on June 14, 1925. He was appointed deputy parish priest of Shkodra Cathedral, then parish priest of Pulaj (Velipoja). From 1943, he was appointed deputy parish priest of Dom Mikel Koliq in the Cathedral of Shkodra. He was arrested in Shllak, on February 14, 1946, in the Mazrek area, where he had taken refuge because, being a German, he was considered a spy. That same day he was sent to Shkodra prison. He was sentenced to death on July 18, 1946 and was shot a day later. (In the photo: Alfons Tracki)
