On this day, the Congress of Lushnja finished its work. The Congress of Lushnja began on the 21st and ended on the 31st of January. The Congress concluded its work with the adoption of three important decisions. First, the Congress did not agree with the projects of the Peace Conference (1919), which violated the independence of the territorial integrity of the Albanian state. The second decision was the adoption of a constitutional act, which sanctioned the full sovereignty of the Albanian state. The third decision was the overthrow of Durrës’ government, whose activity was considered anti-national. (In the photo: Minutes of the meetings of January 31, 1920.)
