Branko Kadia, participant in the Anti-Fascist National Liberation War, Hero of the People, was killed in Shkodër. He was born in Shkodra, in 1921. He embraced the communist ideas from the high-school and became a member of the communist group of Shkodra. With the formation of the Albanian Communist Party, he was accepted as a member. He participated in the anti-fascist demonstrations and demonstrations organized in Shkodër. He was expelled from high school for anti-fascist activities. With the formation of the Communist Youth organization, he was elected a member of the Regional Committee for Shkodra (1942). He worked to mobilize the people in the fight against fascism. He was killed in Shkodër, in 1942. (In the photo: Branko Kadia)
