The first issue of the “Kalendari Kombiar” magazine was published in Sofia, with the title “Albanian Diary (Calendar)”. From 1901 until the end, it was titled “Kalendari Kombiar”. In 1909-1910 it was published in Thessaloniki, in 1911-1916 again in Sofia. “Kalendari Kombiar” contained the religious calendar and cultural, literary, encyclopedic, social, chronicles, etc. The “Kalendari Kombiar” of 1912 is particularly valued, which echoed the news dedicated to the large gathering of Albanian patriots in November 1912, in Bucharest, under the leadership of Ismail Qemali, where the platform for the declaration of Albania’s independence was prepared.
