The Organizing Committee of the Congress of Lushnja was established in Lushnja. This commission began to distribute the call for the meeting of the Congress, in which all the provinces of the country were invited to send their representatives to this city, two for each sub-prefecture. The commission consisted of 22 members, among whom were Besim Nuri, Halit Libohova, Eshref Frashëri, Llazar Bozo, Taulla Sinani, etc. (In the photo: The house where the Congress of Lushnja was held, 1920.)
