The Delegation of the Provisional Government of Vlora, consisting of Mehmet Konica, Rasih Dino, and Filip Noga, arrived in London. This commission submitted the Memorandum with the Albanian demands to the Conference of Ambassadors. The Vlora delegation requested approximately 57 thousand square kilometers. This territory included Mitrovica, Preveza, Ioannina, Shkodra, and Skopje. The delegation firmly defended the Albanian cause for the fullest possible independence of Albania. The delegation desired the widest possible ethnic, historical, and geographical borders. (In the photo: Delegation of the Provisional Government of Vlora, 1913.)
