The <\/span>first<\/span> issue<\/span> of<\/span> the <\/span>newspaper<\/span> “Zër’ i popullit” (<\/span><\/span>The <\/span>People’s<\/span> Voice<\/span><\/span>) (1912-1913), a <\/span>weekly<\/span>, <\/span>political<\/span> and<\/span> literary<\/span> newspaper<\/span> in the <\/span>Albanian<\/span> language<\/span> and<\/span> partly<\/span> in <\/span>English<\/span>, <\/span>was<\/span> published<\/span>.
