He completed his secondary education in Ioannina. Ko\u00e7o Bozhori participated in the anti-fascist movement in Greece and after returning to Albania in 1943, he engaged in the Anti-Fascist National Liberation War. He completed his higher studies in history at the University of Tirana. As a scientific worker at the Institute of History, he devoted himself to the problems of the history of Albania during the Middle Ages, for which he wrote a number of scholarly articles. He contributed especially with the publication of Byzantine documents on the history of the Albanian people in the Early Middle Ages. Published the volume &#8220;Lufta shqiptaro-turke n\u00eb shek. XV, burime bizantine\u201d (\u201cThe Albanian-Turkish war in the 15th century, Byzantine sources\u201d) (Tirana, 1967).
