The first issue of the newspaper “Voice of Albania”<\/i> (“Vocea albaneza<\/i>“), a political, literary and social newspaper, was published in Bucharest (Romania). It was founded as an “Albanian National Organ”. It was directed by Gjergj Bubani. It aimed to propagandize the abanian issue among Albanian emigrants. The newspaper gave special importance to the learning and progress of the written Albanian language. 11 issues were published. From number 5, the romanian title changed to “Glasul Albaniei”<\/i>.
