He worked in Elbasan, where he became a member of the communist youth and the leader of the anti-fascist youth of that city. He led the city&#8217;s guerilla unit, which carried out daring actions and assassinations and was active in the establishment of national liberation councils. Commissar of the 1st battalion of the 2nd Assault Brigade (1943).
