The owner and manager was Jashar Erebara. The first issue came out with the motto: &#8220;Skipnija e skiptarari&#8221;. The newspaper propagated the program of the national movement for the freedom and independence of Albania, insisting on the union of Albanians, Gege and Toske, wherever they were.
