He was born in Konispol, Saranda, in 1919. He was arrested on July 28, 1960 as a member of the so-called &#8220;group of Teme Sejko and Tahir Demi&#8221;. By decision no. 5, dated May 15, 1961, the Supreme Court declared him guilty of &#8220;treason against the motherland&#8221;, &#8220;organization of armed gangs&#8221; and &#8220;agitation and propaganda&#8221;, sentencing him to death, shooting, confiscation of property, loss of electoral rights for 5 years, as well as the removal of ranks and decorations.
