He was born in 1910, in Mgull\u00eb, Shkod\u00ebr. He studied philosophy and theology in Rome. Until 1951 he served as a priest in Suma (Shkod\u00ebr). On December 13, 1952, the Military Court of Shkodra sentenced him for &#8220;treason against the nation&#8221;, with 20 years in prison and the loss of electoral rights for 5 years. He was arrested again on October 15, 1979.
