Dom Ndoc Suma, a martyr of the Catholic Church, was born in Sum\u00eb of N\u00ebnshati (Shkod\u00ebr). He attended the Albanian Pontifical Seminary until his second year of theology. He completed his last two years at the Canisianum College of the Jesuits in Innsbruck, Austria. He was ordained a priest in Shkod\u00ebr on September 21, 1911. He served as a parish priest in Koman, K\u00e7ir\u00eb, N\u00ebnshat, Nara\u00e7, in La\u00e7 of Vau i Dej\u00ebs, Pistull, and Plezh\u00eb. He was arrested in La\u00e7 of Vau i Dej\u00ebs and imprisoned in Shkod\u00ebr on December 8, 1946. He was sentenced to 30 years of imprisonment and forced labor on December 16, 1946. After falling seriously ill, he was released on November 25, 1954. He passed away in Pistull of Shkod\u00ebr in 1958. (In the photo: Dom Ndoc Suma)<\/i> <\/p>\n
