He was born in Suma, N\u00ebnshat (Shkod\u00ebr). Attended the Albanian Pontifical Seminary until the second year for theology. He spent the last two years in Innsbruck, Austria, near the &#8220;Canisianum&#8221; Jesuit College. He was ordained a priest in Shkod\u00ebr, on September 21, 1911. He was a parish priest in Koman, K\u00e7ir\u00eb, N\u00ebnshat, Nara\u00e7, La\u00e7 of Vau i Dej\u00ebs, Pistull and Plezh\u00eb. He was arrested in La\u00e7, Vau i Dej\u00ebs and imprisoned in Shkod\u00ebr on December 8, 1946. He was sentenced on December 16, 1946 to 30 years in prison and forced labor.
