He completed primary school and high school in his hometown. He wanted to enroll in the Military Academy in Tirana. He was an outstanding athlete, whether as a weightlifter or as a football player. P\u00ebrmet grew up in the middle of turmoil, suffering, and mistreatment of the Albanian people. Terror and violence against Albanians increased day by day. The martyr&#8217;s house in Gjakov\u00eb became a source of brave men and, at the same time, a starting point to join the ranks of the Kosova Liberation Army. P\u00ebrmet Vula and 12 other comrades from Gjakova responded to the invitation to join the ranks of the Kosova Liberation Army for the final liberation of Kosova from the Serbian hoof. He was initially recruited as a frontline soldier, in the &#8220;Commando&#8221; unit of the Dukagjin Operative Zone. He was killed in 1998, during the fierce fighting in Junik.
