He was born in Shkod\u00ebr. He studied theology at the College of Pescia (Italy). He was ordained a priest in Torricchio, Pescia on June 29, 1936. He was a parish priest in Curraj i Ep\u00ebrm (1937\u20131939), Berish\u00eb (1939\u20131943) and Raj\u00eb (1943\u20131946) in the Tropoja area. He was arrested in Raj\u00eb, on October 9, 1946. He was imprisoned in Sh\u00ebn Gjergj of Dukagjini and then in Shkod\u00ebr. On January 18, 1947, he was sentenced to death by hanging.
