In Prizren, he worked for 40 years (1892\u20131932) as a teacher. He helped to reopen the Albanian school in Zhuri (1911), where he also held lessons in the role of didact for pioneering teachers. He was a supporter of mixed schools (boys and girls). He published methodical works to help teachers, created poems for the young age, which he summarized in the publication entitled <i>\u201cKanga gjithfar\u00ebsh p\u00ebr xasa shkollet, p\u00ebrmbledhun prej Laz\u00ebr Lumezit\u201d (\u201cDifferent songs for schools collected by Laz\u00ebr Lumezi\u201d)<\/i> (1917).
