In Italy, the jurist Milto Tutulani (1893\u20131933), former Minister of Justice in the Zogu Cabinet, formed at the end of September 1925, passed away. He was born in Berat. He completed his higher studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Athens. At the end of his postgraduate studies at the Naples International Academy for Literature and Science, he received the title of “Academic”. He was elected deputy of Berat in four legislatures, minister in four different cabinets. Under his leadership as the Minister of Justice, some of the important and advanced laws for the time, such as the Civil Code, the Commercial Code, etc., were approved.
