In Chicago, in an Albanian family from Devolli, John Belushi (John, 1949-1982), variety actor, actor of stage and big and small screen, musician, was born. In 1973, he went to New York, where he began his career as a comedian, initially in night clubs. His success led him to feature television programs (Saturday Night Live)<\/i>. John Belushi simultaneously played in movies, on TV and sang in the “Blues Brothers” ensemble, which was very popular. From 1979, he devoted himself more to film. Although he had a short life, he acted in 6 films: “South Pass” (director Jack Nicolson, 1977), “Animal House” (director John Landis, 1978), “1941” (director Steven Spielberg, 1979), ” The Blues Brothers” (director John Landis, 1980) and “The Neighbors” (director John G.
