This society continued its activity under the direction of Nikolla Na\u00e7o, publishing the newspaper <i>&#8220;Shqiptari&#8221; (\u201cThe Albanian\u201d) <\/i>(1888), opening the Albanian-Vlach Normal School (1892) for the preparation of Albanian teachers, as well as financially helping Albanian schools in Albania.
