The first issue of the newspaper “Dajti”, a weekly political, economic and literary newspaper, was published in Tirana. It supported the program of the patriotic and progressive society “Xhoka” of Tirana. Additionally, the newspaper addressed educational problems in the form of articles on the Albanian language, Albanian literature, historical data on the Albanian years, basic geographical knowledge, etc., to help teachers in the Albanian schools.
